Not an Entrepreneur
My transformational adventure continues. This week, I share why I am choosing to step out of the role of entrepreneur. After starting several business over the years, and developing a vast array of products and services, I am "unbecoming" an entrepreneur.
In my decades of leadership field-study, I've come to appreciate the critical value of "employeeship"—a brave frontier filled with hope, promise, and endless possibility. I have exciting experiences and adventures to share as I let go of my emphasis on building businesses and grab onto building up YOU as you navigate your organization.
Organizations spend so much time on what they deliver that they often neglect how and by whom those products and services get to their treasured customers. Increasing effectiveness and efficiency, innovation and offering development, have become so outward-focused that they’ve become detached from the source of inspiration and creativity. How can we work together to right this grievous wrong? Follow my adventures!
